• Licensing: Listing businesses must comply with all applicable cannabis regulations in their country or region.
• Payments: Paid listings (e.g., Basic, Premium, Verified) are billed according to selected plans.
• Verified Badge: Indicates a manual review of listing content. It does not guarantee ongoing compliance.
• Right to Remove: We may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms.

7. User Content (Reviews, Comments)

Users may post reviews and comments if they are based on genuine experiences and meet our content standards. By posting, you grant Highfinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content across the platform.

8. Prohibited Behavior
